About the service
Attendance Tracker (attendancetrackers.com) provides free online record-keeping tools — a milk tracker, maid attendance, worker attendance and a digital khata (customer ledger). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate signup details and keep your email/phone reachable so you can recover access.
Your records & accuracy
All entries (milk, attendance, wages, khata transactions) are created by you. The service performs calculations on the data you enter; it does not verify entries and is not a substitute for professional accounting, payroll, tax or legal advice. Reports are provided for your personal record-keeping.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, do not attempt to access other users' data, and do not disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Service availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be improved, changed or discontinued; material changes will be reflected on this page.
Free plan
The core tracking modules are currently free. If paid plans are introduced in the future, you will be clearly informed before any charge and existing free features you rely on will be communicated in advance.
Termination & deletion
You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of your account and all records by contacting support. Deleting a staff member, party or entry inside the app permanently removes those records.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Attendance Tracker is registered.
