What is Attendance Tracker?
Attendance Tracker is a free all-in-one tracking app with four modules — Milk Tracker, Maid Attendance, Worker Attendance and a digital Khata Book (customer ledger). You record daily entries and it handles every calculation, report and reminder.
Is Attendance Tracker free?
Yes. Sign-up and all four modules — milk records, attendance, wages and khata — are free to use.
Do I need to install an app?
It works right in your browser, and you can also install it on your phone like an app — tap the Install App button and it appears on your home screen, full-screen like a native app.
Will my data be safe and private?
Yes. Your entries are stored securely against your own account and are visible only to you after login. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I use it on multiple devices?
Yes — log in with the same account on your phone, tablet or computer and your data stays in sync everywhere.
Which currencies are supported?
The app auto-detects your country's currency (₹, $, €, £, د.إ and more) on first login, and you can change it any time from My Profile.
How do monthly reports work?
Every module has a Reports section — pick a month to see all entries and totals, download a PDF or CSV, or share the summary on WhatsApp.
Can I track more than one maid or worker?
Yes — add unlimited staff members, each with their own attendance calendar, salary calculation and payment history.
What is Receivable and Payable in Khata?
Receivable is money others owe you (you gave goods/money); Payable is money you owe others (you received). The khata keeps a running balance per party.
What happens if I delete a maid, worker or party?
Deleting removes that person and all their linked records after a confirmation — totals update immediately. Deletion is permanent, so use it carefully.
Does it work in my timezone?
Yes — the app detects your timezone automatically, so 'today' and monthly reports always follow your local calendar.
