What is Attendance Tracker?
Attendance Tracker is a free app for keeping your own money and work records: an Expense Tracker for daily income and expenses, a Self Attendance Tracker that turns your marked days into an exact salary, a digital Khata Book for udhaar you lent or borrowed, and two games — Sudoku and Tic Tac Toe.
Is Attendance Tracker free?
Yes. Sign-up and every module — expense tracker, self attendance, khata book and both games — are free, with no card and no trial.
Do I need to install an app?
No — it works in your browser. You can also install it on your phone: tap Install App and it appears on your home screen and opens full-screen like a native app.
Who is the Self Attendance Tracker for?
Anyone paid by the day or the month who wants their own record — labour, drivers, helpers, shop and site staff. You mark your own days; no supervisor or admin is involved.
How does the Expense Tracker know my income?
Days you mark in the Self Attendance Tracker are added as income automatically, with an AUTO tag on the row, so you never enter the same money twice. Everything else — loans, gifts, business income, household spending — you add with the two buttons on the home screen.
What is the difference between the Expense Tracker and the Khata Book?
The Expense Tracker is your own money in and out — what you earned and what you spent. The Khata Book is udhaar between you and other people. A debt is not spending, so the two are kept separate and each keeps its own balance.
Is a holiday paid in the Self Attendance Tracker?
Yes — a day marked Holiday earns a full day's rate and a half day earns half, the way a real wage sheet works.
Can I download a salary statement or a khata statement?
Yes. The Self Attendance Tracker produces a salary statement (earnings, deductions, net payable) and the Khata Book produces a per-person statement with a running balance. Both download as real PDFs with selectable text, and both can be shared on WhatsApp.
Will my data be safe and private?
Yes. Your entries are stored against your own account and are visible only to you after login. We never sell your data — see the Privacy Policy for detail.
Can I use it on multiple devices?
Yes — log in with the same account on your phone, tablet or computer and your records stay in sync.
Which currencies are supported?
The app detects your country's currency (₹, $, €, £, د.إ and more) on first login, and you can change it any time from My Profile.
Does it work in my timezone?
Yes — your timezone is detected automatically, so 'today' and every monthly total follow your own calendar.
Are the games really free and ad-free?
Yes. Sudoku and Tic Tac Toe are built into the app, free and unlimited, with no ads and nothing extra to download.
What happens if I delete an entry or a person?
Deleting asks for confirmation first and then removes that record and anything linked to it, with totals updating immediately. Deletion is permanent, so use it carefully.
