Free Expense Tracker — Daily Income & Expense with Net Balance
Where did the money go? Now you know.
Most people do not overspend — they lose track. Money arrives from a salary, a loan, a refund; it leaves for rashan, rent, fees, an EMI. By month-end the amount left over is a surprise. The Expense Tracker turns that guesswork into one number: your net balance.
Every entry carries a short reason, so the app can answer the question that actually matters — not just how much you spent, but on what. Salary you have already marked in the Self Attendance Tracker is added automatically, so you never type the same money twice.
Why people use the Expense Tracker
Money in minus money out, updated with every entry — and it turns negative when you have spent beyond what came in.
Separate Add Income and Add Expense buttons, each with its own reason list, so money in can never be filed as money out.
Income / Salary, Business, Bank Loan, Rent Received, Gift, Refund — Household, Grocery, Rent, Bills, Travel, Medical, Education, Shopping, EMI.
Both sides grouped by reason with a share-of-total bar, so the biggest drain is visible at a glance.
Days marked in the Self Attendance Tracker flow in as income, along with any work expense you logged.
A dated list of your own entries, each removable with a confirmation — nothing is stuck.
How it works
The home screen IS the cash book — your net balance is the first thing you see.
Amount, date and where it came from — salary, loan, business, gift.
Same two taps: amount, date and what it went on.
See which reason is eating your money, and how much is actually left.

Expense Tracker — Frequently Asked Questions
Is the expense tracker free?
Yes — unlimited income and expense entries, free. No card, no trial.
How is the net balance calculated?
Total money in minus total money out. When you have spent more than came in, the balance shows a minus so the shortfall is impossible to miss.
Do I have to enter my salary twice?
No. Days you mark in the Self Attendance Tracker are added as income automatically, with an AUTO tag on the row so you know not to enter them again.
Can I record a bank loan or a gift?
Yes — both are built-in reasons on the income side, along with business income, rent received, refunds and sales. On the expense side there is EMI / loan repaid for the instalments.
Is udhaar part of the expense tracker?
No, and deliberately so — udhaar is a debt, not spending. It lives in the Khata Book, which keeps its own balance per person.
