Privacy Policy

How Attendance Tracker collects, uses and protects your data.

Last updated: 10 July 2026

What we collect

Your account details (name, email, phone), the records you create in the app (milk entries, staff names and attendance, work diary entries, khata parties and transactions) and basic device preferences such as timezone and display currency, which are auto-detected to set up your account correctly.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to provide the service — storing your entries, calculating totals and generating your reports. We do not sell your personal data, we do not share your records with advertisers, and your entries are never visible to other users.

Your records are yours

Milk records, attendance, wages and khata balances belong to you. Staff members and customers you record are visible only inside your own account. You can export your data at any time as PDF or CSV from the Reports section.

Cookies & sessions

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in securely. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data retention & deletion

Records stay in your account until you delete them. Deleting a staff member, party or entry removes it permanently. You may request full account deletion by emailing support — we remove your account and all associated records.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on secured servers with access controls. Passwords are stored hashed; we cannot read them.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. For any privacy request or question, email support@attendancetrackers.com — we respond within a reasonable time as required by applicable law, including India's DPDP Act.

Consent & updates

Signing up records your consent to this policy (date and time stamped). If we make material changes, the 'Last updated' date on this page changes and significant changes will be highlighted in the app.
